Case Study

The scheme was over Ground, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors with stripping out of the existing and replacing throughout, along with roof works, externals and the installation of electric car charging points in the parking area and façade works.

The Ground Floor works comprised of a new bespoke reception area, with an extension to the main entrance including new portico, lighting and bespoke signage. A welcoming breakout and recreational area completed the Ground Floor space. Works on the other floors included the installation of a raft ceiling, exposed services in areas, replacement of M&E, new lighting, decoration throughout, polished floor finish and lift lobby works.

Accessing the fire breaks at floor and wall junctions with externally glazed cladding.

Solutions

Through detailed investigation we were able to access these very restricted areas through a combination of access through the raised access floor from above and externally through the spandrel panels at each floor level.
