M&G Real Estate continue to entrust Artemis Interiors with their CAT A fit out along with External works at Abbey Wharf, Reading.
Externally, the scheme comprised of a new pitched roof, replacement works and external façade improvements and upgrade, including a full brickwork clean. A new canopy and signage to the front elevation and entrance, with landscaping to external areas and public realm, including planters and brick pavers completed the transformation to Abbey Wharf.
Internally, the Ground and First floor office space were completed to CAT A standard, with a new communal area refurbishment, including main staircase balustrade and feature lighting. A full reception expansion and fit out was created, to accommodate the new breakout with bespoke joinery.
Exposed services to Soffits throughout and main plant upgrade to gable end plant room. The toilets were upgraded and the creation of a new cycle storage and shower block added to the basement along with improved core entry points in the car park.
