We completed a CAT B fit out for Great Portland Estates on the 5th floor of this Central London building, under the jurisdiction of Westminster City Council, bearing this in mind, access was tight, along with restrictions on loading and noisy working.

We were appointed to undertake the strip out, modernisation and enhanced CAT A to this Grade II listed former stained-glass factory in Covent Garden. To maximise the lettable space in the building, and following planning approval, the staircase was removed.
