Case Study

The existing office has been transformed creating an appealing sustainable workspace. Prioritising wellbeing, encouraging cycling to the office, agile working and the creation of spaces with durable natural materials that offer flexibility for innovative ways of working and holding meetings.

The bespoke reception desk adds to the social area which is street facing, including feature lighting complimenting the space.

Further project scope includes teapoints, collaboration spaces, lifts, common parts including print and storage areas, cycle storage as well as WC’s, showers and changing facilities.

All new on-floor services have significantly improved the EPC rating and energy efficiency of the building. Raised floors were retained and refurbished throughout and on all floors, WC’s underwent a comprehensive contemporary refurbishment that included low-flow technologies to reduce water consumption.

Challenges
