Case Study

The 4,360 sq ft vibrant rooftop lounge, terrace and garden, provides contemporary break out space for tentants a communal bar and café, including an inhouse barista within a Winter garden setting, creating an exceptional shared amenity, and doubling up as event space, with views across the Thames Valley. Distinctive enhancements include a rendered party wall, reclaimed copper pots which had to be polished and lacquered to form feature ceiling lighting, alongside orbs giving the look of clouds.

Hexagonal bespoke terracotta tiles from Italy, an oak floor and polished concrete formed the floor finishes. An aged rendered wall and climbing plant frames scattered throughout with foliage completed the garden feel. A contemporary flow bench, located in front of an antique mirrored wall, reflecting the entire concept, completed this unique space.
