AmTrust

CAT A
Repeat Client
London
22,500 sq ft
Occupied

Case Study

Amid the landmarks of the ‘square mile,' Artemis completed the 22,500 sq ft CAT A fit out for our valued repeat client, Amtrust.  The building remained in occupation throughout these works.

With our chosen design partner, we created an exceptional space for collaboration and plug and play options in mind. A feature ceiling, new raised access flooring, decorations, upgrading of WC’s and a new outside terrace completed this highly desirable City of London space.

Challenges

Design dictated a semi concealed services design with exposed areas and perforated mesh and solid linear metal ceiling rafts within a non rectilinear building.

Solutions

Critical detailing of MEPH layout – akin to an exposed services project - but co-ordinated with the SAS raft details integrated lighting and irregular building footprint. Key to this was the management of the incumbent services providers for BMS/ Fire Alarms/ Sprinklers to dovetail their input alongside the domestic mechanical and electrical subcontractors and ceiling installers to ensure a fully thought through and workable installation.
