Just a quick note to say how thoroughly impressed we have been with the work on the ground floor project. We/you were somewhat up against it in terms of getting this project delivered on time and had it not been for Darren's dogged determination to get things done, I'm sure we would not have made it. What was particularly impressive was that Darren seemed to be just as effective, whether it be talking to his sub-contractors, our landlord or our client. That is clearly a sign of an excellent PM. So praise where praise is due, and Darren most certainly was the key to our success in this project.
Cushman & Wakefield LLP, have used and trusted the services of Artemis for a number of years for both interior/exterior works and reactive maintenance issues. In this time I have found the team to be focused, trustworthy, flexible to change and accountable. In these trying times we need a supplier/partner to value relationship above profit, in Artemis we get this.
Artemis Interiors took up the challenge of our office refurbishment programme with enthusiasm and vigour. The works were carried out to a professional standard and in a timely manner paying special attention to detail. The staff were very helpful and assisted me with decisions outside the scope of works, their experience and advice proved invaluable. I would certainly employ Artemis on further projects.
I just wanted to let you know what a very good job Artemis have done for us over the last few weeks at Curzon Street. It was a very complicated job with many client contractors involved and with an ever changing scope and Artemis rose to the challenge. Jon co-ordinated between all the different disciplines and ensured that come what may, the space was useable and functional for work on Monday morning. There were 7 consecutive week-ends of work and some were pretty nail-biting but we managed it and the occupants were hardly inconvenienced at all despite the radical nature of some of the work. Thank you once again for your help over the last few months.
On completion of the refurbishment carried out by Artemis in our offices, I would like to convey my thanks to you for the excellent work, of which we are extremely satisfied and pleased. The project was conducted efficiently and professionally by all your contractors and finished at the projected time of completion.
I recently used the services of the Artemis Interiors to create a Telepresence room, a large meeting room and a board room.
The specification for the telepresence room although not difficult, was extremely critical and was monitored by various Project Managers. The works were completed on time, on budget and met every criteria that was issued. The meeting room and board room finishes were of high quality and again were completed on time and on budget. I was so pleased with their work that they were given the opportunity to refurbish all our lift lobbies, this phase of work was all done out of hours so as not to inconvenience staff. The quality of the work was excellent and has made a huge difference to the interior appearance of our building. I would have no hesitation in recommending Artemis to other clients.
