This was a fast track, 6wk fit out of an existing floor within the client's corporate headquarters at No 1 Fleet Place which required close on-going dialogue with their representative and professional team.  The works consisted of a new server room, open plan office space for circa 120no people, cellularised office space, meeting and training rooms and high specification tea-point and break out areas.

This opportunity was carried out as a design & build project.  Our works encompassed the usual portfolio services from mechanical & electrical through to bespoke joinery.  We also provided relocation services as well as the disposal of redundant furniture.

Interior design and build fit out, our works included a full interior procurement service which included the purchasing and managment of the clients office furniture.  Within our scope we provided the full portfolio of interior services provided by Artemis Interiors which included mechanical & electrical, joinery, ceilings, flooring and partitioning.  The programme was 5 weeks, which was challenging and we are pleased to report achieved on time.

Working for this prestigious Blue Chip company, Artemis Interiors carried out this Cat B traditional interior fit out over 14 weeks.  Within our scope we produced flooring, partitions, mechanical & electrical, ceilings and bespoke joinery.  Liaising with the clients furniture supplier we ensured a seamless 'conception to completion' service.

This was a complete Cat A reinstatement.  Alongside our scope we had to accommodate the clients own lighting control system (habitech) and are pleased to report that the project was completed on time and to the satisfaction of our client.

Artemis Interiors were entrusted with the complete refurbishment of the exisiting office space located in Berkeley Square.  The works included a complete upgrade of all architectural finishes as well as adding supplementary cooling and a complete upgrade of the IT cabling infrastructure.  The works were performed in phases with the client in full occupation without disruption to the day-to-day operation of their business.
     

Thomson Reuters, London NW3 | 5000 sqft

Works included new partitioning, ceilings, flooring, electrical and cooling installations. The project was carried out whilst allowing complete continuity of the clients business. The main consideration was the acoustic performance of the facility. Artemis exceeded the stringent requirements as set out by manufacturers of the tele-presence system.

Our works included a full demolition of the client's space which we followed up with a complete Cat B Design & Build interior fit out. Within the brief Artemis Interiors had to design and install a new air conditioning and ventilation system. Our sister company Hunters Contracts supplied all the office furniture including the new trading desks.

Major international financial institution, London EC4 | 1200 sqft

The brief was to work with the client's professional team and carry out a full refurbishment of their staff shower and toilet facility. The driver for this project was the company's incentive to promote the use of cycling /walking /jogging to & from work. We are pleased to report that the facility is proving to be a great success with the staff.
