Artemis Interiors was formed in 2005; its main purpose was to provide a comprehensive interior fit out service to the clients of Hunters Contractors, a fully independent office furniture supplier. The business has grown from strength to strength and is now embarking on its next stage of development.

We are now offer our clients and professional teams, a more comprehensive service.

We have just carried out a re- branding which we feel has a strong affinity within the market sectors we operate in, further to this we now have attained our ISO 9001/14001/BS OHSAS 18001.

Artemis operates as a main contractor and enters into most forms of contracts. We can provide traditional services working with our clients advisors as well as providing a full conception to completion design & build service.

 


As indicated we have a strong affiliation with our sister companies Hunters Contracts who are an independent office furniture solution provider and Rushnet which offers an extensive service within the comms and data market as well as moves and changes. In conclusion, we hope to be the considered choice when selecting an interior fit out service provider and we look forward to working with you in the future.

DESIGN AND BUILD

Artemis offers a full conception to completion service that encompasses building surveys, concept design & space planning. We further enhance our service portfolio by offering mechanical and electrical consultation which is a prerequisite to success of every project.


SPECIAL WORKS AND MAINTENANCE

We believe that the cornerstone to our businesses success is client retention. We have a dedicated division that is focused on the aftercare of all our projects, which includes restacking and relocation. Hunters Contracts is a fully independent office and leisure furniture supplier and working with the clients advisors or the Artemis design department we are able to provide a full procurement solution that will provide a seamless supply chain to any project.

 
 

INTERIOR DESIGN CAPABILITIES

We choose to partner with interior design practices which we believe differentiates our company from most. Our reason for choosing this route is that we feel that every project is unique and therefore we prefer to offer a non-prescriptive approach to design. It is our intention to understand the clients key requirements and ensure that our chosen design partner is a perfect cultural match with our client or their professional advisors. We are able to offer design and space planning, conceptual design through to complete 3d modelling which will enable our client to visualise their proposed interior.

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL

With most interior fit out projects M&E plays a major part. At Artemis we have a dedicated division which ensures that clients and professional teams receive the highest levels of service.

KEY TARGETS FOR 2010/2011

Artemis Interiors has attained ISO 14001/9001 & BS 18001. We have an in depth environmental management system in place and all standard operating procedures are reviewed on a quarterly basis. As part of our commitment to this, we endeavor to only supply products from manufacturers that hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations throughout the business.

Artemis is a specialist interior and refurbishment contractor. We recognise and understand the importance of protecting the environment and promoting best practice and are committed to continually improving the environmental performance of all our activities, products and services, in line with ISO 14001 requirements.

Works included new partitioning, ceilings, flooring, electrical and cooling installations. The project was carried out whilst allowing complete continuity of the clients business. The main consideration was the acoustic performance of the facility. Artemis exceeded the stringent requirements as set out by manufacturers of the tele-presence system.

Ogilvy

Our brief was to deliver a high quality and functional interior whilst the client was in occupation. This is an area in which Artemis have significant experience. The works consisted of refurbishment of client facing meeting rooms and group company space. In keeping with most interior projects, we used the full resource of support services available to Artemis and we are pleased to report we exceeded our clients expectations.

BNY Mellon

160 Queen Victoria Street, London | 3000 sq ft

Total refurbishment of BNY Mellon’s in house restaurant facility catering for 1800 people. The scope of works included commercial kitchen equipment, mechanical and electrical works, flooring and joinery works. The installation of a new Starbucks coffee vending area was also part of the project. The facility was re planned paying attention to the increased volume of users and speed of transaction.

Cavendish Square, London | 4000 sq ft

Full interior solution which included building, mechanical and electrical, data, partitioning and ceiling works. Our project management team liaised and worked closely with local authority and building management personnel to deliver a high quality and functional interior.

I recently used the services of the Artemis Interiors to create a Telepresence room, a large meeting room and a board room.
The specification for the telepresence room although not difficult, was extremely critical and was monitored by various Project Managers. The works were completed on time, on budget and met every criteria that was issued. The meeting room and board room finishes were of high quality and again were completed on time and on budget. I was so pleased with their work that they were given the opportunity to refurbish all our lift lobbies, this phase of work was all done out of hours so as not to inconvenience staff.
